1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unopened/unused and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

⏱️ Return requests must be made within 7-15 days of delivery.


2. Non-returnable Products

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and socks

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items

(Products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.)


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The wrong size or color was delivered.

  • The product is defective or damaged.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Exchange is subject to product availability.


4. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Go to My Orders in your JIVANTAA account.

  2. Click "Request Return/Exchange" on the relevant order.

  3. Choose the reason and upload photos (if applicable).

  4. Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your choice.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you can initiate a return after delivery.
